You are required to pay 50% (This means USD) of the total of your order to book the booth. The balance ( USD) should be paid 30 days before opening day. This mean maximum on 1st September, 2015.

What is the major payment methods you can accept?

We can accept most of payment methods available. You can pay with Bank transfer, Western Union, Credit Card, Paypal, Cashu, 2Checkout and Payza.

What is your payment terms? When should I get my booth ready?

To book your booth you have to pay 50% from the total of invoice and balance should be paid before 30 days of receiving your booth. The launch date of the Asia Trade Gate (formerly Asia Business Center)-Egypt is 1st September 2015

Can you help me clear my samples from Egyptian customs?

Sure that is core of our responsibilities..We be in close touch with you to get your booth ready to welcome your customers and contacts in Egypt

If I need a customized service not in your order form, how can I get this please?

We are very open to service you.. Our mission is to get long term business with you . Just let us know how can we make your goal more achievable and we will be more than happy to help you.

Can I make my own design for my booth?

Sure your booth is your own . You can just send us your design or even you can ship your decoration to us. We will clear it..Install it .Just select I will send design later in Design your booth tab in order form.

Can I book my booth for period less than 1 year?

Unfortunately No. ATG-EGYPT is persistent exhibition for all year long so All bookings with us should be at least for 1 year

Can I share my booth with another company to save some costs?

Sure you can do that. You can find partner to share the booth with them and save some costs

What the qualifications and job description of the dedicated employee?
